2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
